Potty training
Trying a new tactic for potty training. Norah initially liked the potty seat which just goes right on top of the throne, but lost interest. Now the queen has her own throne, hopefully this helps, fingers crossed.

Someone didn’t want to go right down for her nap and started to play with one of her many babies. Eventually she gave in and is somewhere hiding underneath one of her toy cribs…
Cousin’s Jason and Rachel came over for a visit with their lovely daughter’s Reese and Molly yesterday. I took a bunch of photos and came across this sequence. I just had to make it into an animated gif so hopefully you get as good of a laugh as I watching John and Molly make the same expressions.
Took Norah to see Santa today at Van Saun Park’s Zoo. Last year, she wanted nothing to do with Santa at the Christmas party at Norah’s daycare, and today it was more of the same. We saw a few of the animals at the zoo after meeting Santa. The mountain lions were probably the highlight animal-wise, but then we took a ride on the train and that was a big hit. Poor Norah could have given Rudolph a run for his money for reddest nose, but she seemed to have fun once we got past Santa. She saw Frosty, but didn’t want a photo with him either. Tomorrow is this year’s Christmas party at daycare so hopefully it is a bit more fun for Norah with Santa since all of her friends will be there.
Feeling ill again This was a new one. We just getting ready to eat dinner and after pulling out some plates from the dishwasher, Norah continued to empty it for us. I’m pretty sure she will do everything in her power to avoid doing this in the near future…
